I am not discouraging face to face training, after all I am a trainer myself! But I am offering perhaps a more suitable option for you with online coaching. Online coaching you receive 24/7 support via Phone, SMS, Email, Facebook and Skype. Personally I will guide you through the strategies needed to get the most out of your training and more importantly your nutrition. Learning techniques and healthy habits that produce and maintain long term results
