12 Weeks done. This mum of 3 wants to remain anonymous and I’m very appreciative she allowed me to share her results. This is because its a great example of people making the mistake of using the scales only as a guide to progress. There is a difference between “weight loss” and “fat loss”. Only 1.6kg loss in 12 weeks! But an amazing 23cm loss from around her body! The secret to results? Weight train! Cardio as a tool! The more muscle you have the more fat you will burn around the clock. It’s also what helps improve your shape. But, you have to eat and train correctly for YOUR body to support muscle growth and fat loss and make changes when needed. Think about it. If you dive straight into low calories and lots of cardio, what happens when you hit a wall? You can’t eat any less? You don’t want to slave to cardio for life? Be smart.
